Return & Refund Policy — Thrive Avenue
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.

Returns must be approved before items are sent back. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom or personalized products, and personal care goods. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the item you have after approval, then place a new order for the desired product.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The item must still be unused and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return and inform you whether the refund is approved. If approved, refunds are automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that banks and credit card providers may take additional time to process refunds.
